in Tehran, Urumieh, Bandar Mahshahr, Kurdistan, and Kermanshah on Tuesday

Based on reports from the PMOI network inside Iran, there have been several accounts of rallies and protests in Tehran.

In Urumieh, bus drivers gathered in front of the governor’s office and demanded their salaries that have been delayed.

In Kermanshah, swindled stock owners gathered in front of the city’s stock exchange to protest against the systemic fraud by the very institution.

Also, fishermen in Bandar Mahshahr and farming supervisors in Kurdistan protested against the regime and demanded their rights.

Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll In 541 Cities Exceeds 266,500

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Monday, April 26, 2021, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 541 cities had exceeded 266,500. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 61,051, Isfahan 17,410, Khorasan Razavi 16,795, Khuzestan 16,194, Mazandaran 11,195, Lorestan 11,163, East Azerbaijan 10,938, West Azerbaijan 9,999, Gilan 9,311, Qom 9,145, Fars 8,077, Alborz 6,873, Golestan 6,745, Sistan and Baluchestan 6,066, Hamedan 6,008, Kerman 5,994, Kermanshah 5,354, Semnan 4,725, North Khorasan 3,953, Ardabil 3,352, Hormozgan 3,075, Zanjan 2,930, and Ilam 2,746.

Ruhollah Jomeyi, the consultant of the regime’s Interior Minister acknowledged that 23 percent of the killed protesters during November 2019 major protests were shot at point-blank range. Jomeyi said that these protesters were “shot in the head from close distance.” Several other regime officials have previously acknowledged that security forces gunned down protesters from a close distance during the nationwide protests that spread to more than 190 cities.

In an inhuman crime, the clerical regime ruling Iran is destroying the Khavaran cemetery in Tehran, one of several sites where the regime secretly buried thousands of political prisoners executed during a mass purge of Iran’s prisons in 1988.

Iranians Continue Protests; At Least 22 Rallies and Strikes on April 25

On Sunday, April 25, the people of Iran held at least 22 rallies, protests, and strike in various cities, venting their anger over the government’s plundering and profiteering policies. Retirees, pensioners, and welfare recipients affiliated with the Social Security Organization once again staged countrywide protests in 14 cities. They explicitly announced their boycott of the upcoming Presidential election in June.
