Another Man Hanged in Southwest Iran
The Iranian regime’s judiciary executed a prisoner in Dehdasht prison on Monday, January 17. The prisoner was identified as the 30-year-old Parviz Khodadadi, married, father of two, from the village of Borjalishir in Dehdasht, Southwest Iran.

Bank’s Board Meeting Disrupted By Angry Client
A special board meeting of Day Bank that was held at the Olympic Hotel in Tehran was interrupted when one of the scammed clients walked down towards the podium and started throwing various objects at the bank’s board and called them out.
All major banks in Iran are either run by the state or are affiliated with the regime’s officials. They are responsible for looting and plundering huge amounts from the little capital left in the hands of ordinary people.
Protests on Wednesday in Iran
Holding placards, they called for a meeting to determine the tariffs for engineering services at the beginning of each year, in accordance with the livelihood and responsibilities of the engineers.
The employees of the Yadavaran oil field stopped work and went on strike today, protesting the officials’ refusal to pay their wages for several months that has created many problems in their lives.
Scammed users and clients of Cryptoland staged a rally in front of the public prosecutor’s office in Tehran today, protesting that their complaints have not been addressed by the judiciary.
Telecommunication workers of the Shastkam subdivision in the province of Gilan protested against the authorities’ refusal to pay their salaries as well as the lack of coverage of social security and supplementary insurance, despite deducting the insurance amount from the salary bill in the last 9 months.
Truck drivers in Ardakan County, Central Iran, held a protest rally in front of the governor’s office today.
Worders of Tehran’s Water and Sewerage Company gathered in front of the company’s building to protest the authorities’ refusal to address their demands.
A group of firefighters in Tehran gathered in front of the Tehran Municipality building on Wednesday to protest the officials’ negligence in addressing their problems. They want the manager of the department to resign and are asking for accountability for Tehran’s mayor as well as the alleged city council.
On Tuesday, January 18, tile workers in Isfahan, who have been on strike to protest the authorities’ refusal to pay their salaries and insurance premiums, staged a rally with their families. The protesters said that every year, the managers are withholding their wages for many months and this has been a constant approach since 2016.

US and Argentian Foreign Ministers Stress on Justice for the Perpetrators of the AMIA Bombing
Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken met today with Argentine Foreign Minister Santiago Cafiero to discuss our important bilateral relationship. Secretary Blinken congratulated Argentina on its election as President of the United Nations Human Rights Council and welcomed the opportunity to work with Argentina to support democracy and human rights in the Americas and beyond. The Secretary discussed Argentina’s negotiation with the International Monetary Fund and encouraged Argentina to put forward a strong economic policy framework that will return the country to growth. Finally, the Secretary and Foreign Minister expressed serious concern about the recent visit to Nicaragua of Iranian Vice President Mohsen Rezai, subject of an Interpol Red Notice for aggravated murder and damages in connection with the 1994 AMIA bombing, which killed 85 people in Buenos Aires. They discussed cooperation on efforts to bring to justice those suspected of complicity in the attack.

Conference on Iran Policy Underscores Need for Accountability
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) hosted a conference at its French headquarters on Monday, January 17, featuring remarks from four European lawmakers, several relatives of dissidents killed during the Iranian regime’s reign of terror in the 1980s. NCRI’s President-elect Maryam Rajavi was the keynote speaker.
Mrs. Rajavi underscored that the process of overthrowing the regime is currently underway, driven by “an organized network of Resistance Units” that are laying the groundwork for further uprisings like those which took place in December 2017, January 2018, and November 2019.
Iran’s Medicine Mafia Behind Shortages and High Cost of Prescription Drugs
Since the birth of the tyrannical regime of the mullahs in Iran, another social and scary phenomenon was also born; widespread monopolization. After the 1979 anti-monarchy revolution in Iran and the establishment of the religious dictatorship, the vultures of power in the regime began to dominate and take control of major outlets of the economy. The creation of a slew of fake and non-existent legal and illegal entities, holdings, bank accounts, and firms was the malign product of this domination and control. After the passage of more than four decades, the Iranian economy is recognized by its two distinct fronts. On one hand is the regime, its suppressive forces, and its affiliates, and on the other hand, the people of Iran.
Iran: Countdown to JCPOA’s Collapse
Following repeated warnings, once again the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned the regime about the closing windows on the nuclear negotiations and the short time this regime is facing if it does not accept a new agreement which will have severe consequences for the regime.
Blinken in a press conference said: “The runway is very short. They are – Iran is getting closer and closer to the point where they could produce on very, very short order enough fissile material for a nuclear weapon.
Pentagon Accuses Tehran-backed Houthis of the Attacks Against UAE

Mr. Kirby: “We continue to work with our partners in the region to make sure that they have robust-enough capabilities to help defend themselves, and that includes the ability for early warning and indications. As we’ve seen, even in places where we ourselves are attacked by these UAVs, even the best of systems isn’t necessarily going to get every single individual threat, and we continue to see — in this case, it was the Houthis supported by Iran, but we continue to see in Iraq and Syria, militia groups supported by Iran sort of choosing this tactic, this — this way of conducting attacks using UAVs, and — and it’s an evolving threat that we are constantly trying to make sure that we can stay ahead of.”
Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 498,500
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, that the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities has exceeded 498,500. The number of victims Tehran has reached 116,435, Khorasan Razavi 40,155, Khuzestan 30,090, Fars 18,875, Mazandaran 18,085, Hamedan 9,238, Yazd 8,268, Hormozgan 8,255, Semnan 6,575, Bushehr 5,559, and South Khorasan 4,421.
