Iranian hackers managed to successfully hide URLs to phishing sites behind legitimate google.com links.

An Iranian cyber-espionage group known as Charming Kitten (APT35 or Phosphorus) has used the recent winter holiday break to attack targets from all over the world using a very sophisticated spear-phishing campaign that involved not only email attacks but also SMS messages.

“Charming Kitten has taken full advantage of this timing to execute its new campaign to maximum effect,” said CERTFA, a cybersecurity organization specialized in tracking Iranian operations.

Al Arabiya: US Senator Graham says Iran ‘safe haven’ for al-Qaeda, ‘architects of September 11’

Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham said Iran has become a “safe haven” for al-Qaeda terrorist group and its regime was the “architect” of the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.

“The Iranian regime is the largest state sponsor of terrorism and they have become a safe haven for al-Qaeda, the architects of 9/11,” Graham said on Twitter.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on January 13, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 478 cities across Iran had surpassed 201,100. The number of victims in Tehran is 49,101, Khorasan Razavi 13,665, Isfahan 12,610, Lorestan 8,153, Mazandaran 7,862, Qom 7,835, East Azerbaijan 7,668, West Azerbaijan 7,423, Gilan 7,116, Golestan 5,045, Kerman 4,437, Yazd 3,622, North Khorasan 3,093, and Hormozgan 2,105.

No information on Golrokh Iraee after more than a month of interrogation

More than a month since the forcible transfer of political prisoner Golrokh Ebrahimi Iraee to Ward 2A of Evin Prison, there is still no information available on her conditions.

One of the notorious interrogators of the IRGC Intelligence told her family that they are not allowed to inform the media on the conditions of their daughter.

Political prisoner Arash Sadeghi, Golorkh’s husband, who is detained in Gohardasht Prison of Karaj, sent out an open letter on January 13, 2021. In part of this letter, he said: “Last week, my mother-in-law suffered a heart stroke and was hospitalized after she learned about beating of her daughter with batons and stun guns.
