Iran: Rouhani confirms Khamenei’s ban on Covid-19 vaccines
After Iranian regime supreme leader Ali Khamenei made it clear that he would be banning the import of approved Covid-19 vaccines into Iran, regime president Hassan Rouhani was quick to align himself with Khamenei’s criminal policy and make it clear that he has no intention to stop the deadly spread of coronavirus across Iran.
“There were vaccines available for us to import earlier. However, those were vaccines that they wanted to check on our people! There were some companies that suggested to us and our Health Ministry rightfully did not accept their proposal,” Rouhani claimed.

Iranian political prisoner Abolfazl Ghassali has been on a hunger strike in Evin prison since January 6 in order to demand his basic Human Rights.
He was arrested in 2017 and sentenced to 4 years and 9 months in prison over his social media activities.

Political prisoner Ayyub Porkar imprisoned for 12 years without one day of leave
Political prisoner Ayyub Porker who is serving his term in exile in Shaiban Prison of Ahvaz, started his 13th year in prison this month. He has served his term without one day of furlough.
Ayyub Porkar was arrested in January 2009. Branch 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court sentenced him to death on the charge of Moharebeh (i.e. waging war on God) through collaboration with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) on November 28, 2009. His sentence was eventually commuted to 20 years in prison by the 36th Branch of the Appeals Court.

The pressure of forced labor in Tabriz Prison drove one of the female inmates to cut her wrist. But prison authorities claimed that she had done so because of family problems.
Massoumeh Bahrami cut her wrist on Sunday, January 3, 2021, and was transferred to the prison’s clinic. Ms. Bahrami, 28, is imprisoned on drug-related charges.

Iranian workers and investors held a rally and a strike on Friday against corruption by officials in Iran. The protests were held by members of Shiraz Housing Cooperative and workers and employees of Haft-Tappeh Sugarcane Complex in the provinces of Fars and Khuzestan respectively.

After Iranian regime supreme leader Ali Khamenei made it clear that he would be banning the import of approved Covid-19 vaccines into Iran, regime president Hassan Rouhani was quick to align himself with Khamenei’s criminal policy and make it clear that he has no intention to stop the deadly spread of coronavirus across Iran.
“There were vaccines available for us to import earlier. However, those were vaccines that they wanted to check on our people! There were some companies that suggested to us and our Health Ministry rightfully did not accept their proposal,” Rouhani claimed.

Political prisoner Ayyub Porker who is serving his term in exile in Shaiban Prison of Ahvaz, started his 13th year in prison this month. He has served his term without one day of furlough.
Ayyub Porkar was arrested in January 2009. Branch 26 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court sentenced him to death on the charge of Moharebeh (i.e. waging war on God) through collaboration with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) on November 28, 2009. His sentence was eventually commuted to 20 years in prison by the 36th Branch of the Appeals Court.
