  • Fatalities: 750+ estimated deaths, 675 identified by MEK

Iran’s nationwide uprising marked its 219th day on Sunday.  According to reports tallied by the Iranian opposition, Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), the mullahs’ regime received a major wake-up call as at least 60 sites of the country’s oil and petrochemical industry saw workers walk off and go on strike.

On Friday night, brave youths and protesters in Kermanshah attacked the provincial IRGC site in response to the regime’s horrific chemical gas attacks targeting innocent schoolgirls across the country.

Reports from different parts of Iran indicate that workers at various industrial sites across the country continued their strikes on Sunday. These industrial sites include oil, petrochemical, steel, and copper plants and mines where workers complain about being denied their paychecks and basic rights. Among the sites where these protests took place were:

  • A local petrochemical site in Kerman, south-central Iran
  • The Abadan oil refinery in southwest Iran
  • A contracting company at Chabahar, southeast Iran
  • A local petrochemical complex in Gachsaran, southwest Iran
  • The IGC Company in the Dashte Abbas area of Dehloran, western Iran
  • Fapco Company in Lamerd, south-central Iran

Fans at a derby game in Tehran on Sunday began chanting anti-regime slogans against the mullahs’ IRGC. Security forces stationed at the capital’s renowned Azadi (Freedom) Stadium responded by attacking the protesting crowd.

People in different parts of the Iranian capital Tehran, including Chitgar, Shahrak-e Bagheri, and Shahran were chanting anti-regime slogans on Saturday night local time. Their slogans included:
“Down with Khamenei, the murderer!”
“Down with the dictator!”

The House also passed a more detailed resolution in February that supported the protests and its leader, Maryam Rajavi. It also supported Rajavi’s 10-point plan, which calls for the universal right to vote, free elections, and a market economy, as well as gender, religious, and ethnic equality.

Khamenei’s Gaze on the East; And Against the Iranian People in 2023

Khamenei china

“The Letter of the Sultan’s Rules” was a piece of advice for Shah Sultan Hussein in the late Safavid period, but it was not useful, and his dynasty went with the wind. The letter states that whenever a sultan leans towards a side, he should be on this path so as not to harm the people. Agriculture should not be destroyed, the faces of the disabled should not suffer, and the sighs should not rise from the hearts of the helpless. As usual, no tyrannical and despotic sultan pays attention to these recommendations until his overthrow, relying on the military and looting the people’s property, and justifying the religious arguments of the mullahs and the world-warming lords. Shah Sultan Hussein’s story is the same in our time.
