The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI-MEK) announced this afternoon, September 1, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 97,900 in 410 cities across Iran. The death toll in various provinces include: 23,755 in Tehran, 6944 Khorasan Razavi, 6547 Khuzestan, 4756 in Mazandaran, 4057 in Gilan, 4400 in Isfahan, 4276 in Lorestan, 2862 in East Azerbaijan, 2664 in West Azerbaijan, 2522 in Hamedan, 1563 in Kerman, 1273 in Markazi (Central), 929 in Zanjan, 687 in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, and 532 in South Khorasan, This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.
