The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI-MEK) announced this afternoon, August 15, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 89,000 in 383 cities across Iran. The death toll in various provinces include: 6443 in Khorasan Razavi, 6135 in Khuzestan, 4420 in Qom, 4225 in Mazandaran, 3921 in Isfahan, 3712 in Gilan, 3662 in Lorestan, 2831 in Sistan and Baluchistan, 2640 in Alborz, 2560 in West Azerbaijan, 2513 in Fars, 2504 in Golestan, 1377 in North Khorasan, 1779 in Kurdistan, 1358 in Kerman, 1159 in Hormozgan, 1065 in Bushehr, 1025 in Yazd, 831 in Zanjan, 587 in Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari, and 495 in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad. This is in addition to reports obtained from other provinces.
