Syrian protestors burn Iranian regime flag

NCRI – Syrian protestors burned the Iranian regime’s flag on Friday in protest to the involvement of the regime’s Revolutionary Guards in the killing of Syrian protestors.

According to news agencies, Syrian protestors burned the flags of the Iranian regime, China and Russia, condemning these states’ cooperation with the Syrian regime. Friday’s demonstrations faced another round of brutal suppression by security forces. 70 people are deemed to have died.

 

According to news agencies and eyewitnesses, Friday’s demonstrations were the largest since the uprisings began in the country.

The most number of casualties have been reported in the city of Hama.

Three decades ago, the current Syrian dictator’s father, Hafez Assad, massacred thousands of protestors.

Separately, following growing protests in the Kurdish region of Syria,Bashar Assad, the Syrian President, invited the Kurds to a dialogue.
