NCRI – In a letter to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Iraqi popular committees have demanded to replace his representative in Iraq, Martin Kobler.
These committees also urged the UN Secretary General to send an International Peace Keeping Force to protect Iraqi protest camps, which are vulnerable to a massacre by al-Maliki’s forces.
Dr. Abdulrazaq al-Shemeri, a member of the popular committee from al-Anbar Province said: “We demand the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to replace its representative because he is unwanted in Iraq.”
