Iranian regime’s position on special court shows its relations with Hizbullah

Saad Al-Harriri, former Lebanese prime minister, announced that Iranian regime’s position on special court of Lebanon is evidence of its relations with Hizbullah; Lebanese Daily Star reported on August 17th.

The former Lebanese prime minister said: The Special International Tribunal in Lebanon receives its legal value from the demand of International community and the UN Security Council decision on combating organized political crimes in Lebanon.

Saad Al-Hariri added: The tribunal is committed to the legal paths to achieve justice. These paths are in conflicts with the  political objectives of Iranian regime and its allies in the region.

Iranian regime’s position is exactly the same as Hizbullah’s. A policy that tries to prevent the court from achieving its goals.
