NCRI – Baghdad Television reported on Saturday that due to disagreements with the Prime Minister and some other security officials over the deteriration of the security conditions, Mohammed Abdullah al-Shahwani, the director of Iraq’s Office of Intelligence resigned. He has pointed to Iran’s role in recent explosions and has called for a halt to Iran’s interventions. Baghdad Television added: According to information from our sources, al-Shahwani has said that he has evidence along with audio-visual tapes that show how the explosions were carried out and that he will make them public at the right time in order for the Iraqi people to know who the enemies of Iraq are, who has been killing Iraqis during the last 7 years, and who has been defending the Iranian regime and trying to prevent the Iranian regime from being accused. The sources indicated that the director of the office of intelligence is willing to make public a small portion of his evidence which prove his assertions.
