The Iranian regime continues to commit crimes in various prisons

NCRI – A number of prisoners were injured on Tuesday after the Iranian regime’s prison guards at Gohardasht prison attacked Hall no. 17, and beat a number of inmates while depriving them of the limited services available to them.

Prison guards forced prisoners to remain outside under the Sun for hours. When one of the inmates spoke out in protest, he was badly beaten by the guards.

Separately, a close associate of the late Ayatollah Hossein-Ali Montazeri, has revealed that he learned about the execution of more than 50 prisoners during his short detention at Vakil Abad prison in the city of Mashhad.

Ahmad Qabel said 31 prisoners were executed collectively and simultaneously on one occasion. A state-run newspaper, Khorasan daily, however, announced at the time that only 5 “international smugglers” were hanged.

Qabel’s revelations have been published by various websites on the Internet.
