NCRI – The Iranian regime has publicly flogged another prisoner in the city of Andishmak in another inhumane punishment that aims to instill fear among the population.
According to Harana news agency on Friday, the regime’s prosecutor in Andishmak, Ali Ghiasvand, said the prisoner identified only by his initials as “B.Z.” was flogged 74 times at the city’s central square.
