Mullahs’ regime hanged eight more today

NCRI – Iranian regime hanged eight more people today seven of them in public.

The state-run news agency Fars reported that seven men were hanged in public in Mahan in the southeastern province of Kerman. The area has been the scene of clashes between the regime’s security forces and local groups in recent months. The hangings today come a week after Mahan’s police chief was shot dead in the town.

Another man identified only as M. Kh. was hanged in the southern province of Hormozgan, according ISNA news agency.

Executions stepped up in recent months following growing anti-government protests across Iran. the number of executions since beginning of this year adds up to 250 which already well exceeds the number of executions throughout last year.
