NCRI – Inmates at Iran’s Bandar Abbas prison have staged mass protests in anger at the execution of a fellow convict.
Prisoners daubed slogans on doors and walls attacking Sadiq Larijani the regime’s judiciary chief, and the province’s public prosecutor over the hanging of 30-year-old Omid Shojaei, who had spent four years in Bandar Abbas prison.
Guards responded by wiping off the graffiti themselves and threatening prisoners with more executions if the protests continued.
