Iran regime hangs 4 in Shiraz

NCRI – Four prisoners were hanged in public this morning in Shirz, provincial capital of Fars in southern Iran, Fars state-run daily reported.

The individuals were identified as Mohammad Qasemi, Alireza Barahoui, Gazaw Mahmoud-Zehi and Abdulrasoul Qorbanzadeh. They were charged as rebels who posed threat to security.

The new wave of public hangings in Iran is the regime’s response to widespread discontent and protests across the country. The number of executions has doubled compared to last year based on media reports in Iran.
