Iran: Political prisoner in Zahedan Prison on hunger strike

NCRI – A political prisoner in a prison in southeastern city of Zahedan went on hunger strike after the guards raided his cell of the prisoner and confiscated all his belongings.

The guards attacked a prison cell of Iraj Mohammadi and threw all the prisoners out and then transferred him and his cellmate to solitary confinement.

Mr. Mohammadi went on a hunger strike in protest. He is suffering from serious kidney problems and has internal bleeding.
