Hanging sentence issued for a prisoner in Mashhad:

The Iranian regime’s judiciary sentenced a prisoner, identified only as Mehdi, to be hanged in the northeastern city of Mashhad, according to the state-run daily Qods on June 2.

Female prisoner on the brink of execution:

Shahla Jahed is on the brink of execution, according to the state-run Jam-e Jam Online on June 3. The report added that her case has been referred by the clerical regime’s Supreme Court to the sentence implementation branch. She was accused of murder.

Political prisoner transferred from solitary confinement:

According to obtained reports, a political prisoner identified as Mansour Radpour, was transferred on June 1 to Ward 4 of Gohardasht prison in the Tehran suburb of Karaj, after spending 192 days in solitary confinement.

He was subjected to physical and psychological torture while in solitary confinement. During that period, his family was banned from visiting him.

He was in critical condition after being subjected to psychological and physical torture and after being deprived of medical treatment and subjected to intolerable conditions in the ward.
