NCRI – The mullahs’ regime has announced that from the beginning of the new academic year male teachers will be fired from all-girl schools, the semi-official daily Kayhan reported on September 16.
Kayhan reported, "The new plan will take effect from the beginning of the new academic year starting on Saturday, September 23. … Male and female teachers should be selected for boys and girls schools. It is forbidden for male teachers to teach at all-girl schools."
Ms. Soheila Sadeq, Chair of the Education Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, stated, "Firing male teachers from all-girl schools is another suppressive measure against teachers who are under pressure to making ends meet. Such measures worsen the already poor conditions of education in the country.
