Iran: Kurdish political prisoner hanged in Kermanshah

The Iranian regime hanged a political prisoner on Thursday in a prison in western city of Kermanshah, according to a report by a Kurdish website.

Samko Khorshidi was arrested on 28 March 2011 in Tehran. He was sentenced to death for membership in a Kurdish opposition group.

The Iranian regime has not yet delivered his body to his family, the report said.
