Iran: Kurdish activists sentenced to six months in prison

NCRI – Two Kurdish activists were sentenced to six months in prison in Sanandaj Revolutionary Court on charges of “propaganda against the regime.”

The court trial of Sirvan Hossein-panahi and Shirzad Hossein-panahi was held on Sunday, April 11 and the two were sentenced to six months in prison.

Sirvan was arrested on January 9 and Shirzad on January 30 in the city of Dehgalan, Kurdistan Province.
