NCRI – The mullahs' judiciary hanged 9 prisoners in a mass execution in Tehran's Evin prison on Tuesday, the state-run Fars news agency reported.
The report gave no further details but indicated that the executions were carried out months after the victims were sentenced to death.
On December 19, the UN General Assembly condemned widespread human rights violations in Iran.
It was the 55th such resolution passed by the UN bodies on human rights violations in Iran.
