Iran: Cemetery Entrance to Victims of Last June’s Uprising Closed to Public

NCRI – Clerical regime has blocked the entrance to the cemetery where victims of last year’s uprisings are buried.

 Iranian government fearing the spread of protests in June, on the anniversary of the uprising in 2009, has blocked the entrance to Tehran’s Behesht-e-Zahra cemetery.

According to the families,  officials of the regime had informed them that entrance to section 257 of the cemetery, which is the burial place of martyrs of last years uprisings, has been closed and no ceremonies can be held during the month of June.
