Authorities at Orumiyeh University prevented a student activist from continuing his education and expelled him from the university.
Farshad Soltani was engaged in his first year of Master’s Degree.
On Monday, December 16, in Tehran, plainclothes agents of the intelligence ministry arrested a writer.
The agents raided house of Ramin Ebdalian Iranshahi and after searching the place, they arrested him and confiscated his personal belongings.
It is said that he has been arrested following writing a book on Iran-Iraq war.
Currently there is no information on his whereabouts.
