Iran: 50 arrested in water spraying party

NCRI – A party titled ‘water spraying’ was held at Iran Park in Azamieh, Karaj City. This party began in the afternoon on Friday with a widespread participation of young girls and boys who had received the news from the internet, especially on Facebook.

The party that lasted no longer than 3 hours was ended by the presence of security forces and the arrest of more than 50 persons.

After the arrestees were transferred to the police station, some 500 of their relatives gathered outside the station and chanted anti-government slogans, demanding the release of the arrestees.
