NCRI – The Iranian regime’s officials in the Semnan University’s disciplinary committee deprived 16 students of Art College from two terms of education on unknown charges.
These students are also forbidden to enter the university. Some of these students only had 2 terms remaining to their graduation.
The Iranian regime uses university disciplinary committees as a means to suppress students for participating in political protests.
University disciplinary committees (komiteh enzebati) throughout Iran suspend some students for a number of semesters or expel them.
