Four more political prisoners executed under Iran’s ‘moderate’ Rouhani

Four more political prisoners have been executed in Iran, bringing the total of those put to death under new ‘moderate’ Hassan Rouhani to almost 400.

The four, from the Arab minority in the city of Ahwaz, had been transferred to an unknown location on November 3, were named as Abdulreza Amirkhanafareh, Ghazi Abbasi, Abdul-Amir Mojadami and Jasem Moqaddam-panah.

They were convicted by mullahs’ judiciary in Ahwaz of ‘waging war on God’ and ‘Corruption on Earth.’

The widespread executions have triggered protests by families and relatives of prisoners on death row outside the ‘revolutionary court,’ demanding information about the fate of their loved ones.
