NCRI – Canada has once against condemned human rights violations in Iran.
According to CBC News on Monday, Alain Cacchione, a spokesman for Canada’s Foreign Affairs Department, said: “Canada remains deeply concerned by the continued flagrant disregard of the Iranian authorities for the rights of Iranians.”
In reference to a death sentence issued by the regime against a Canadian resident of Iranian origin, Cacchione said Canada continues “to call on Iran to respect its domestic and international obligations.”
