Amnesty International censures rights violations in Iran

NCRI – The prominent rights group Amnesty International has observed a traditional Iranian ceremony for the New Year near the Eifel Tower in Paris in solidarity with political prisoners while condemning the regime’s executions.

Human rights advocates were also present at the scene in central Paris.

In support of political prisoners, human rights advocates and women’s rights, Amnesty has also displayed a petition outside the regime’s embassy in Paris against torture, execution and widespread arrests by the Iranian regime. The petition is signed by 83,000 people.

Amnesty intended to hand the petition to the regime’s ambassador, but he refused to meet with the rights group, which led it to display the petition across from the embassy.
