Amnesty International calls for release of ill blogger imprisoned in Iran

Ronaghi, 28, is serving a 15-year prison sentence for “spreading propaganda against the system” and “insulting the Leader and the President”, among other charges.

Hossein was originally detained on 13 December 2009 after the unrest. He was held in solitary confinement for over a year and he was tortured, which has in him now suffering from severe kidney, gastro-intestinal, bladder and heart problems.
