A report by Bloomberg on December 27 said that Iran’s fuel oil exports have dropped to one third has reached to 200,000 tons per month.
Bloomberg underscored the Iranian regime last year increased its production and sale of fuel oil to foreign countries to compensate a portion of the drop in its crude oil export revenues.
However, in the current conditions due to its need to provide for its internal needs the regime is forced to allocate more fuel oil for internal uses.
With the winter season kicking in and increasing gas consumption in homes, the use of fuel oil escalates in power plants.
