Hook said the U.S. officials “need to see concrete steps that the [Iraqi] government is taking to end this [economic] dependency on Iran.”

While blaming the Iranian regime for being involved in the attack against Saudi Arabia’s Aramco oil installation, he accused the Iranian regime of breaking international law by this attack.

The United States and Saudi Arabia say Iran’s regime was involved in this attack. There was news of the attack being conducted from Iran. Some of the U.S. officials said the attack on Saudi’s oil fields was approved by the regime’s Supreme Leader.

On September 23, 2019, in a joint statement France, Germany, and Britain declared they have no doubts about the Iranian regime’s responsibility in the attacks on Saudi Arabia. These three European countries urged the mullahs’ regime to accept negotiations over its nuclear program and regional policies.
