Some of the reported riggings from Tehran Now, Nezam Abad, Vahidieh, Tehran Pars, and Imam Hossein Square districts by the Social Headquarters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran include:
A- Reduction of number of ballot boxes and stations in main districts, in order to show concentration of people and covering up the emptiness of the polling stations. In the past, polling stations between Tehran Now, Tehran Pars, and Imam Hossein Square had reached 40-50 while this year there is only 17 stations in this area. In Tehran Pars, in districts such as Sharq School and Moallemin village, where there used to be stationary polling stations, this time there is no polling stations.
B- Creating polling stations in remote areas. These centres that attract very few voters are used as darkrooms for vote generation and riggings and a number of the regime’s agents constantly are engaged in writing on ballots and filling the boxes while no voters can be seen in the stations. These stations have been designed such that they can be less faced with photo and video reporting. The doors to these polling stations open up in auxiliary lanes to draw less attention.
C- In one of the polling stations in these areas, some of the regime’s agents went under the pretext of family and voted with 11 IDs with consecutive serial numbers. It is obvious these are ID cards that have been provided to the agents for vote riggings.
D- In Imam Hossein Square, a number of extras got off the Channel 5 TV video reporting vehicle to role play as voting crowd and be filmed.
