Camp AshrafNCRI – An official from Kuwait’s Foreign Ministry denied the deceitful lies propagated by the Iranian regime’s proxies in Iraq regarding graves of missing Kuwaiti citizens in Camp Ashraf, Kuwait’s daily al-Nahar reported on Monday.

The daily wrote: “The Director Director of Follow-Up and Coordination Department of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, ambassador Khaled al-Moghamis, denied reports about the closing of the case of Kuwaiti bodies after dubious remarks by an Iraqi official. He recalled that what has been resolved is the case of 236 missing Kuwaitis whose bodies have been received.”

The daily added: “Regarding the existence of graves containing Kuwaiti bodies in the camp of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), ambassador al-Moghamis explained that Iraqis have previously denied such reports, especially because the PMOI has no links to such events either directly or indirectly, and I will refute whatever has been propagated by parties other than officials from the tri-party committee.”

According to the Kuwaiti daily, al-Moghamis called on more investigations and inquiries about the spreading of such news and pointed out that Kuwait will not close the case until the last of the bodies has been returned to it by Iraq.
