NCRI – Iraqi tribes have united to condemn the brutal Iranian regime and declare their support for the residents of Liberty and Ashraf.
the Iraqi Tribes Parliament has demanded that the US and UN urgently return Liberty residents to Ashraf before another human catastrophe occurs, and provide safety at Liberty until that happens.
Also the call was made by the Banizaid tribe, the Bayati Tribe in Diyala Province and the Obeid Tribe, also in Diyala, which added: “We call on the UN Secretary General and the US State Department to urgently return residents of Liberty to Ashraf.”
The National Human Rights Association in Iraq also declared: “We demand that international organizations, specifically the UN and US, concentrate on the human rights conditions in Iraq. The EU must have a more active role in implementing the international laws with regards to the residents of Ashraf.”
