Motshar Al-Samuraei, a member of the Al-Iraqiya coalition, said: “I support the return of Camp Liberty residents to Camp Ashraf because it was wrong to bring them to Liberty.
“Preventing them from using their own facilities to protect themselves is only adding to their difficulties.
“They have been deprived of using the facilities that they had built with their own money and with the agreements reached with the previous Iraqi Government.
“Their return to Camp Ashraf is a solution that should be implemented otherwise Camp Liberty should be recognized as refugee camp.”
According to the report by an Iraq news website he said: “The Iraqi Government should not allow anyone to threaten them, attack them or tarnish their dignity.”
