Iranian exiles rally for 80th day in support of Ashraf residents in front of UN Geneva office

NCRI – Iranian exiles marked their 80th day of a sit-in across from the Geneva office of the United Nations on Tuesday. They are supporting the rights of the residents of Camp Ashraf, Iraq.

The participants have gathered from across Europe, organizing marches in Nation Square.

They called on the UN to immediately protect Camp Ashraf in accordance with its legal and moral obligations.

The Iranian expatriates strongly criticized the inaction of relevant international organizations with regards to the harassment of Ashraf residents by the Iraqi government. They invited the relevant international organizations to end their “shameful” silence.
