Heydar Molla: Dislocating Camp Ashraf residents without their consent is against international law

NCRI – Iraqi parliament’s Human Rights Committee spokesman, Heydar Mollah, said: Residents of Camp Ashraf are covered under the laws of protected persons and the international laws do not allow dislocating or moving them without their own consent.

Some individuals try to enter the military into the equation in order to further their own ominous goals, while protecting this camp is not the responsibility of the army, it is the responsibility of the United nations.

The claims for retaking farmland is not justified either and is basically unrealistic.
