French Mayor hails ‘City of Peace’ for hosting June 26 event to support Iran uprising, Camp Ashraf

NCRI – The city of Taverny’s mayor, Maurice Boscavert, issued a statement today in support of the massive Iranian gathering to be held on Saturday, June 26, at the town’s Jean Bouin stadium in support of the uprising in Iran and Camp Ashraf, Iraq, where close to 3,400 opposition activists reside. He voiced support for the participants’ “fight for individual freedoms, democracy and secularism.”
