NCRI – In blatant acts of retribution and vengeance, the clerical regime is targeting defenseless families of Camp Ashraf residents. For example, it transferred two relatives of Ashraf residents along with two of their unwavering fellow political prisoners to solitary confinement in order to further torture and pressure them.
Henchmen of the clerical regime at Karaj’s Gohardasht Prison transferred Mohammad Ali Mansouri and Farzad Madadzadeh, two political prisoners and relatives of Camp Ashraf residents, along with Behrooz Javid-Tehrani and Saleh Kohandel, two of their fellow political prisoners, to solitary confinement under control of infamous interrogators of the Ministry of Intelligence in order to exert more pressure on them and torture them even further.
These four political prisoners have been imprisoned for at least four years in the torture chambers and prisons of the clerical regime and have been constantly subject to torture, cruelty and abuse.
The transfer to solitary confinement of political prisoners Mohammad Ali Mansouri, whose son, sister, and another relative are among Mojahedin members at camp Ashraf, Farzad Madadzadeh, who is the brother of heroic Mojahedin members Mahdiya and Ali-Akbar Madadzadeh –that were slain at the hands of Maliki forces– and is also a relative of two other Ashraf residents, as well as the unwavering political prisoners Behrooz Javid-Tehrani and Saleh Kohandel, was coordinated by the infamous interrogators of the Ministry of Intelligence and Jafari Dowlatabadi who is one of the criminals on the black list of the United States and the European Union.
