Arab Association for the Defense of Ashraf call Iraqi military withdraws from Camp Ashraf

NCRI – Referring to the attacks on Ashraf, Mr. Mahdi Al-Ateeyat, a member of the Arab Association for the Defense of Ashraf Residents said during an interview that: “these attacks are carried out after the orders of the Spanish Court. The Spanish Court has condemned many of the perpetrators of the criminal attacks on Ashraf residents in 2009.

We have started measures to prevent such a disaster and have informed the appropriate government agencies. We sent a letter to the Iraqi government and warned that if these forces are not pulled back within 24 hours, the international criminal court and the prosecutors of the international criminal court will take an urgent and firm action.”

The Spanish Court has asked the Iraqi government to prepare all the documents related to the Ashraf case and a group of prosecutors of the international criminal court will be dispatched to Iraq to investigate the perpetrated crimes.
