Khamenei skipped his pre-schedule address on the anniversary of Student Day on December 6 and appeared more than a week later with tight security for his speech in the same school. His audience was a group of handpicked paramilitary Bassij students.
Khamenei openly rejected those apologists pursuing the so-called “regime’s behavior change” and said, “When they say Islamic Republic should change its behavior, they want us to abandon our values."
“The Islamic Republic will never back down," he added.
Khamenei stressed on a firm stance when it comes to the nuclear program and said, "The enemies focused all their attention on this issue. If our nation and government officials give up this inalienable right, they will prepare the way for the enemies to encroach on the other rights of the Iranian nation as well."
"If there are weak and cowardly individuals among government officials, the Islamic Republic and the country will reach the end of the line”. he said.
Khamenei described the export of terrorism and fundamentalism as being “a major component of the Islamic Republic's structures and identity”.
“Those unworthily and treacherous individuals who are critical of the Islamic Republic’s relations with Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan and Palestine are opposing the foundation of it. The Islamic nations are considered strategic depth of the Islamic Republic."
The Iranian Resistance has clearly stated in past that the religious fascism ruling Iran is not capable of change. Mullahs have stated time and again that there is no backing off from going ahead full steam in the path of obtaining weapons of mass destruction. They consider making the atomic bomb as their sole guarantor of their survival.
Facing with tremendous internal and international crises, the mullah’s regime finds the only way out in utilizing threatening tactics against the international community.
The Iranian Resistance reiterates on the need to impose comprehensive arms, technological, diplomatic and oil sanctions by the UN Security Council as the only viable solution to deal with the mullahs’ medieval dictatorship.
