On Monday, former political prisoner Mohammad Hooshyar Emami files a complaint against him in Bucharest

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is reportedly working on a plan to send a private plane to Bucharest, via Sofia, Bulgaria to return the criminal cleric, Gholam Reza Mansouri, to Tehran as part of the scheme by the Judiciary Chief Ebrahim Raisi to use him for political purposes. The IRGC has been trying to secure Mansouri’s agreement to return to Iran. Mansouri spoke about this arrangement in a video clip on June 8, 2020.

The Security and Counterterrorism Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) had urged Iranian citizens to file a complaint against Mansouri. Subsequently, Ms. Anda Abiculesi (lawyer and President of the Association in Defense of Ashraf) filed a complaint with the Attorney General on behalf of former political prisoner Mr. Mohammad Hooshyar Emami.
