Iran: The only solution to stop mullahs’ nuclear weapon

The Iranian regime announced the opening of new key nuclear-related projects on Tuesday that expand the its ability to extract and process uranium, which can be enriched for atomic weapons.

The development came three days after the failure of nuclear negotiations between the Iranian regime and the 5+1 countries in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

With much fanfare, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced the opening of new projects that include the beginning of operations at two uranium mines in Sagand, a yellow cake production plant in nearby Ardakan, and the use of a Rhodotron accelerator in the city of Taft, in Yazd province.

The regime’s officials claimed that the newly built plant in Ardakan will have an annual production capacity of 60 tons of yellowcake, the impure state of uranium oxide later used in enrichment facilities.

In the opening ceremonies, Ahmadinejad said that nuclear projects must ‘be expanded with this momentum, and must not be stopped. The budget could vary slightly up and down, but the human will is greater than the budget. Iran’s capacities are far greater than the budget’.

He referred to five reactors like the one in Tehran that are planned to be built in various parts of the country, and said: “Advance the work on the power plants, advance the work on the mines, advance the work on centrifuges, there is no stopping us.”

The mullahs’ regime and its leaders have resorted to this fanfare in a desperate bid for a strong show of power amid internal and external crises in the weeks prior to the upcoming presidential election.

The increased infighting, the explosive situation among the population and the prospect of the fall of the Syrian dictator have all made any compromise on the nuclear row deadlier for the regime, and expose it to a swifter downfall.

The policy of appeasement and fruitless negotiations during the past 11 years have brought the regime to the verge of completion of the nuclear fuel cycle and acquiring nuclear weapons.

To this end, even though the strengthening of sanctions against the religious fascism ruling Iran are necessary to prevent the Godfather of international terrorism from acquiring nuclear bomb, they are not enough.

The ultimate and definitive solution is regime change by the Iranian people and the Iranian Resistance.
