IAEA report stipulates on the mullahs’ regime noncompliance with the UN Security Council resolutions

It is necessary to ratify a new comprehensive sanction resolution against the regime
NCRI – On November 15, the IAEA published its report on the Iranian regime’s nuclear program. Despite the unjustified credit given to the regime in the report, article forty reiterates, "Contrary to the decisions of the Security Council, Iran has not suspended its enrichment related activities, having continued the operation of PFEP and FEP. Iran has also continued the construction of the IR-40 and operation of the Heavy Water Production Plant."

The report also highlights the fact that "Iran’s undeclared activities for almost two decades," indicates that the IAEA has not had any uninterrupted access to the Heavy Water Production Plant in Arak.

The course of events in the last five years shows that the regime has only exposed a small portion of its secret nuclear activates whenever faced with the revelations by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

The Iranian Resistance considers the unjustified credits given to the ruling religious dictatorship will provide the regime with the opportunity to obtain nuclear weapons. And it emphasizes that the concerns of the report on the continuation and expansion of enrichment activities as well as defying the UN Security Council resolutions by the regime underscores the need for adoption of an expeditious and comprehensive sanction resolution against it.
