Excerpts from speeches by the Iranian Resistance leaders aired: “The heroic people of Iran will overthrow the regime“
On Monday afternoon, February 28, 2022, the Resistance Units broadcast chants of “Down with Khamenei, hail to Rajavi,” “Iranians are vigilant. They hate both the clerics and the Shah,” “Down with Khamenei and Raisi, be damned, Khomeini,” and “Down with the principle of the velayat-e faqih (absolute clerical rule),” in Tehran Bazaar, during one of the busiest hours of shopping.
Also, on Monday evening, chants of “Down with Khamenei, hail to Rajavi,” “Down with oppressor, be it the Shah or the Supreme Leader (Khamenei),” “Khamenei, your days are over,” were broadcast in Vali-e-Asr Street in Shahriar, western Tehran. Excerpts from speeches by Mr. Massoud Rajavi, the Iranian Resistance leader were also aired: “The heroic people of Iran will overthrow the regime,” causing joy and excitement among passers-by and shoppers, especially the youth.
