Kianoush Asa, 25, a post-graduate Chemical Engineering student at Science and Technology University was arrested on June 15 by suppressive forces. Ten days later, on June 24, the regime’s agents left Kianoush’s badly tortured body at Tehran morgue, classifying it as an unidentified person.

In Tehran’s Saadat-Abad District at 6pm local time on Thursday, many people participated in a memorial for Behzad Mohajer, 47. The regime’s notorious Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) had not given his family permission to hold the memorial in an outdoor center, and instead it had to be held at his father’s home. The mothers of other martyrs, such as Sohrab Arabi and Ashkan Sohrabi, also took part in support of the family of Behzad Mohajer. People honored those brave people who have been martyred at the hands of the regime’s henchmen by placing flowers with cards praising the martyrs.

Mohajer was arrested in a protest on June 15. The mullahs’ regime had transferred his body on June 21 from Loqman al-Dowleh Hospital to the Coroner’s Office, and after 46 days his family found his body in the Coroner’s Office in Kahrizak Prison. During this time the regime’s officials had refused to give his relatives any information about his state.

According to eye-witnesses, his body had become deformed and rigid due to the length of time it had been held in the morgue. Signs of bullet and other wounds could be seen on his body.
