Iran Uprising -No. 39

People held commemoration ceremony for Qahdarijan martyrs who were buried secretly

On Saturday, January 6, the bodies of 14-year-old juvenile Ahmad Haidari, Mohammad Ebrahimi and Hossein Shafizadeh, who were martyred by the criminal Revolutionary Guards during the heroic uprising of the Qahdarijan people, were buried. The regime’s savage agents did not allow their families to hold funeral ceremony. However, thousands of people from Qahridjian hailed the martyrs’ memories by attending their memorial ceremony.

On the same day, the protests of the people in Khomein (the central province) were attacked by the Revolutionary Guards.

The people of Shushtar (Khuzestan province) rallied at noon during which the suppressive forces attacked them with tear gas. The youth clashed and confronted them by burning the garbage bins. A large number of people were arrested at the rally.

Youths of the city also expressed their hatred of the mullahs’ regime by writing “Death to Khamenei” on the walls of the city.

The people of Abadan rallied on Saturday night in spite of the massive presence of police mercenaries.

The people of Zahedan blocked the Shirabad Ave. and confronted the riot police attack. Subsequently, the IRGC forces raided the houses of the people and arrested a number of them. The corrupt authorities of the regime and their agents, who had seized the lands of the people in the area last year, are strongly hated by the people.

In Rasht (Gilan province), courageous young people punished a criminal Basiji named Hassan Salman-Pisheh who had sprayed pepper gas into the eyes of female demonstrators and had injured a number of protesters.

In Isfahan, the brave youths gathered on Sio-She Pol Bridge and chanted slogans. In Jooyabad, Nasr Abad and Kohandej, the repressive forces, in fear of the demonstration, stationed a commando battalion and semi-heavy weapons and fired in the air like previous days.

In Ilam, the people rallied like past days. Dozens of young people were arrested by repressive forces.

A large number of young people were detained in Farrokh Shahr and Shahr-e-Kord (Charmahal and Bakhtiari province).

In Kermanshah, the brave youths wrote “Death to the principle of Velayat-e faqih” and “Death to Khamenei” on the walls of the city.”

Approximately 2,000 brave people of Qatoor (West Azarbaijan) protested against the arrest of an activist and his transfer to Tehran, and clashed with the regime’s intelligence agents and spies. During the yesterday clashes, the people broke the windows of the Howza (seminary), one of the centers used to suppress the protesters.

In Monirieh district in Tehran, the Guards and riot police chased young protesters and arrested a number of people.

The regime has shut down schools in some cities, such as Farsan, Shahr-e Kord and Mahabad to force the students to participate in government counter-demonstrations; a scandal that well reflects the fear of this regime from the Iranian people uprising.
