KNTU students have held numerous protests in the past two weeks in solidarity with university students across Iran and against suppression of political and student activists.

On November 2, they protested against a visit to the university by Saffar Harandi, deputy commander of the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards Corps. Students prevented him from delivering his speech and forced him to flee the university.
