Merchants had on Monday said in a statement they would go on strike on Tuesday.

Since this morning large sections of the bazaar have been closed. The merchants are on strike against the barbaric killing of people who took part in the courageous uprising against the mullahs’ regime.

Simultaneously on Tuesday, Iranians in Paris, London, Washington DC, Berlin, Stockholm, Gothenburg, The Hague, and Trondheim (Norway) will hold protests in solidarity with the Iranian people’s nationwide uprising.
